REFUND POLICY

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS

Refunds are available under the following conditions:
– If you cancel a tutorial session at least 24 hours in advance.
– If a scheduled session is not conducted due to technical issues on our end.

2. NON-REFUNDABLE CONDITIONS
No refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:
– Cancellation requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session.
– No-shows or failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice.
– Dissatisfaction with the service after the session has been conducted.

3. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To request a refund, please contact us at admin@acemycalculuscourse.com with your name, session details, and reason for the request. We will process eligible refund requests within 5-7 business days.

4. PAYMENT METHOD FOR REFUNDS
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. We cannot process refunds to a different account or payment method.
